During a UN session between Dec 15th and 20th, the United Nations General Assembly is expected to table for the first time ever a declaration that would decriminalize homosexuality in all member nations. The declaration is being put forward by France, after a big push by French Gay Rights and Black activist Louis-Georges Tin (http://www.idahomophobia.org). [...]
