Utah Legislators’ Rhetoric Is Border-Line Fraud

It’s rare in the Utah Legislature to see serious topics up for debate, so I get excited when a substantive issue is introduced. But when supposition and theory are presented to the public as fact, as happened today, I call that borderline fraud.
