Congressmen Rob Bishop (R) and Jason Chaffetz (R) voted this past week to allow employers to require you turn over your Facebook passwords. In a nearly party-line vote, House Republicans voted unanimously to allow your boss to require you give up your private Facebook and Twitter account info. It’s a scary new phenomenon, but many [...]

Family Research Council President, Tony Perkins, is really pissed about Facebook announcing that it will be working with GLAAD to end anti-gay hate speech on the social network. According to Perkins, not being able to write “all faggots should die” is bad. What a sleazemouth. Tony Perkins is making it clear he’s thrilled about LGBT [...]

After a memorial page was setup for several of the gay teens who commited suicide on facebook, comments started flowing. Unfortunately, mixed in with messages of love were several hateful and homophobic rants as well. GLAAD has announced they’re working with Facebook to prevent messages of hate. Good for Facebook. The social networking site is [...]

Gotta give this a quick mention folks. Local Utah activist Lauren Littlefield and her cohort Mike Thompson have been running the Facebook group “Money I Would Have Spent At Target” after Target donated $150k to an anti-gay campaign in MN. First Ravndal was caught [...]

Montana- Remember the story we did last week about the teabagger president who condoned Matthew Shepard-style violence against homosexuals? Well apparently that’s too far even for a tea party group. The Big Sky Tea Party just announced they canned him. We are extremely disappointed by Mr. Ravndal’s commentary. The discussion in that Facebook conversation is entirely [...]
