Hawaii – Yesterday the Hawaiin House Judiciary Committee unanimously passed House Bill 546 which would prohibit employment discrimination based on gender identity and/or expression. Hawaii – Yesterday the State Senate passed a bill which would legalize Civil Unions in the island state.
