Green Candidate Supports Gay Marriage & DADT Repeal

Chicago, IL – Green Party candidate LeAlan Jones told reporters this week that if elected to the US Senate he would not only support the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, but passing a federal Marriage Amendment as well. Well how about that.. a candidate for US Senate I like!
Odd for a politician to be this forthcoming. Jones is running for President Obama’s old seat, and isn’t known for being extremely progressive. Best of luck to him!
Jones says he personally opposes gay marriage but he thinks it’s best for government to stay out of people’s bedrooms. He says people should be able to fall in love and live as they want.
